Waiting List Agreement
For the purpose of the agreement the "Breeder" shall mean any authorized representative of DOLL FACE PUPS LLC. The Depositor shall mean the person paying for and receiving the dog.
SECTION 1 - PURPOSE OR FUNDS
The purpose of the $1,000 is to purchase your place in line to pick a puppy, and will be applied to the price of the puppy upon pickup and/or final payment. Prices are subject to change at anytime for any reason.
SECTION 2 - DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
Deposit for reserving your place in line will not under any circumstance be refunded. If the Depositor has a situational life change that makes it so the Depositor can no longer get a dog, the waitlist fee will not be refunded. If the Depositor decides to purchase a puppy from another breeder, the waitlist fee will not be refunded; because the Breeder has fulfilled the service purchased by giving the Depositor a place in line. A lot of time, effort, and financial website investment goes into the maintenance of the list.
SECTION 3 - PICK OR PASS
After the Depositor has made the deposit, and any litter becomes 6 weeks old, the Depositor has the right to pick one or pass on any of the puppies in that litter that haven't already been picked by someone before you on the list. At about 6 weeks old, we will text prices, pictures, and videos of available puppies starting at the top of the list. The Depositor will have 8 business hours from the time the Depositor is contacted to make a choice to pick or pass. Business hours are defined as 9 AM to 5PM Mountain Standard Time. Failure to contact us within 8 hours will result in an automatic pass. It is the depositor's responsibility to watch the website and be aware of the dates when they could be contacted, and be available to respond via email or text. If the Depositor passes on a puppy the Depositor will maintain their current place in line. If the Depositor picks a puppy and wants to remain on the list, the Depositor must make another $1,000 deposit and will be moved to the bottom of the list.
SECTION 4 - RIGHT OF REFUSAL
The Breeder reserves the right to refuse service to any person on the waitlist for any reason. If the Breeder decides to refuse service to someone; the Breeder will refund the Depositor in full within seven business days of notification of refusal less any card proccessing fees.
SECTION 5 - DEADLINES
Pickup arrangements and Final Payment must be made by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a forfeit and loss of your place in line. Your $1,000 will not be refunded in either case or for any reason.
SECTION 6 - BREEDING SELECTIONS
The Breeder reserves the right to keep any puppy back for breeding purposes. The breeder must be able to pick puppies that are breeding quality. We reserve the right to pick any puppy at any time. If we wish to keep a puppy for breeding, we will make our pick on the day the puppy turns 6 weeks old, or any day after that.
SECTION 7 - RECORDS AND INFORMATION
Upon clicking the submit button, a copy of this contract will be sent to the email you entered earlier in this form. A copy of this agreement will be saved on the website server. The website will capture your IP address, location, and user journey. The website copy will be maintained on company records for a minimum of 10 years.
SECTION 8 - AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Please sign below to enter into this legally binding agreement. This agreement is considered executed once the deposit/waitlist fee is paid to the Breeder and this contract is submitted. By signing you the Depositor, agree to the terms in this agreement and the entirety of this agreement. No other guarantees are meant or implied.
