We are a small family breeder, not a data company. The information you share with us exists for one reason: to help us place puppies in the right homes and take good care of the families who welcome them.
This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal fog.
Section 01
Doll Face Pups LLC is a small family breeder based in Heber City, Utah. This policy covers dollfacepups.com and every form, account, and message that runs through it. Where this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Doll Face Pups LLC.
We are the people who decide what information this website collects and what happens to it. If you ever want to know what we hold about you, one email gets you an answer.
Section 02
Most of what we hold is information you typed in yourself, because you were applying for a puppy or asking us a question. Depending on which forms you complete, that can include:

If you filled it into a form on our site, we have it. We do not buy your information from anyone else, and we do not go looking for it elsewhere.
Section 03
Like nearly every website, ours records some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time. Our hosting provider logs this automatically to keep the site running, secure, and reasonably fast.
We also record the time a form was opened and submitted. This is a spam defense: it helps us tell a real person apart from an automated bot filling out our puppy application a thousand times.
Section 04
You can create an account and sign in either with a one-time email link or with your Google account. If you choose Google, Google confirms your identity for us and shares a limited set of information: your name, your email address, your profile picture, and a unique account identifier.
That is the whole list. We do not receive your Google password, and we cannot see your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or anything else in your Google account. We only ever request the two most basic permissions, described by Google as "email" and "profile."
You can disconnect our site from your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings. Doing so does not delete your Doll Face Pups account — email us if you want that removed too.

Signing in with Google tells us your name, email, and profile picture. It gives us no access to your Gmail or anything else, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.
Section 05
Our Guardian Home Program places one of our breeding dogs into a family home, so we verify the identity of anyone who applies. That means we ask for a photo of your driver's license, and we keep it with your signed Guardian agreement.
This is the most sensitive thing we hold, and we treat it that way. License images are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable, they are never shown on the website, and they are visible only to us. We do not share them with other applicants, other guardians, or anyone else outside the situations described below.
We keep your license for as long as your Guardian agreement is active, plus the period our legal and tax records require. If you withdraw your application before a dog is placed, email us and we will delete the image.

We ask Guardian applicants for a driver's license to confirm you are who you say you are. It is stored privately, never appears on the website, and you can ask us to delete it if you don't move forward.

We use what we collect to run our breeding program and take care of our families. Specifically:

We use your information to place puppies and support the families who take them home. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it — not to anyone, not ever.
Section 07
Deposits and payments made through this site are processed by Square. When you pay, your card details go directly to Square and are handled under their security standards.
We never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. What we keep is the record of the transaction — the amount, the date, and what it was for.

Square handles the card. We only see that a payment happened, never the card number itself.
Section 08
Running a website means trusting a handful of companies with pieces of the work. Each of them only receives what they need to do their job, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. Outside of the service providers listed above, we share information only in these situations:
Section 10
If you apply, join the waitlist, or reserve a puppy, we will contact you by email or text about that puppy and your paperwork. These are service messages — they are part of the process you asked us to start, and they are not marketing.
If we send occasional news about upcoming litters, every one of those emails includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from news never stops the messages you actually need about your own puppy. To stop texts, reply STOP or simply tell us.
Section 11
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries, and they exist to make the site work rather than to follow you around the internet. They keep you signed in between visits, remember your place in a form, and help us block automated spam.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third-party advertising networks to track you here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though signing in will stop working if you block them entirely.
Section 12
We keep information for as long as it is genuinely useful to you and to us. Applications and waitlist entries are kept while you are waiting and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back for a future litter.
Signed agreements, deposit records, and purchase records are kept for as long as our health guarantee runs and for as long as tax and legal recordkeeping requires — typically at least seven years. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Whatever state you live in, and whether or not the law obliges us, we will honor these requests:

Email us and we will do it. There is no form to hunt for and no hoop to jump through. Some records tied to a signed agreement or a completed sale must be kept for legal and tax reasons, and we will tell you plainly if that applies.
Section 14
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection, our database sits behind access controls, and payment card details never touch our systems. Accounts are protected by one-time email links or by Google sign-in, so there is no password of ours for anyone to steal.
No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we collect only what we need, and that if a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you.
Section 15
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and puppy applications must be submitted by an adult.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Section 16
Our site links to places we do not control — Amazon product recommendations, social media profiles, and occasionally a veterinarian or registry. Once you follow a link, you are on their website and under their privacy policy, not ours.
We would encourage you to read the policy of any site you share information with, including the big ones.
Section 17
As our website grows, this policy will occasionally need updating. When it changes, we revise the date at the top of this page.
If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we will do more than quietly edit the page — we will tell the people it affects.
Ask us anything about this policy, request a copy of what we hold, or tell us to delete it. A real person reads every message.
