These are the terms for using our website — creating an account, submitting an application, joining the waitlist, and placing a deposit.
The sale of a puppy itself is governed by our Purchase Agreement, which includes the full health guarantee. If anything here ever seems to conflict with an agreement you have signed, the signed agreement is the one that counts.
Section 01
By visiting dollfacepups.com, creating an account, submitting a form, or reserving a puppy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms are between you and Doll Face Pups LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Throughout this page, "we," "us," and "our" mean Doll Face Pups LLC.
Section 02
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a puppy application, place a deposit, or sign any of our agreements. By doing any of those things, you confirm that you are.
You also confirm that the information you give us is truthful. Applications are how we decide where our puppies go, and a dishonest one is grounds for us to decline or cancel a placement.
Section 03
Some parts of this site — your application status, your paperwork, your puppy's records — live behind an account. You can sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with your Google account.
Keep control of the email address and Google account you sign in with, because anyone with access to them can access your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten in.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the site, harass us, or misrepresent who someone is. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Section 04
Submitting an application or joining the waitlist is a request, not a purchase, and it does not reserve a specific puppy. We review every application ourselves and we choose placements based on what we believe is right for the puppy and the home.
We reserve the right to decline any application, for any lawful reason, without being obliged to explain the decision. Waitlist position is not a guarantee that a puppy matching your preferences will become available.
Section 05
A puppy is reserved when we receive your deposit and your signed agreement. Deposits are processed through Square.
All deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final. Prices are subject to change at any time and for any reason, including after a puppy has been reserved.
If we are the reason a placement cannot go forward — for example, if a puppy becomes unavailable through no fault of yours — we will work with you to move your deposit to another available puppy or an upcoming litter.
In plain terms
A deposit reserves your puppy and is not refundable. Please be certain before you place one, and ask us any question you have first — we would far rather answer it than have you commit too early.
Section 06
Every puppy sale is governed by our Purchase Agreement, which contains the full health guarantee, the spay and neuter requirement, the vet-check deadline, and the terms of any replacement.
Nothing on this website — no page, photo, blog post, or message — modifies that agreement. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Section 07
Our agreements are signed electronically. When you type or draw your signature and submit an agreement, you are signing it, and you agree that your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as ink on paper.
You also agree to receive contracts, receipts, and notices electronically. We keep a copy of each signed agreement and email one to you; please save it. If you would prefer a paper copy, ask and we will send one.
Section 08
We recommend products we genuinely use and trust for our own dogs. Some of those recommendations, including our Amazon picks, are affiliate links — if you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
That commission never changes what we recommend. Products bought through those links are sold by the retailer, not by us, and any question about pricing, shipping, returns, or defects is between you and that retailer.

Some of our product links earn us a small commission. We only recommend things we actually use, and it costs you nothing extra.

"Doll Face Pups" is a registered trademark of Doll Face Pups LLC with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Every photograph, video, description, blog post, and design element on this site belongs to us and is protected by copyright. Our puppy photos in particular are taken by us, and they are regularly lifted by scam listings and other breeders. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them without our written permission.
Section 11
We love getting photos and updates from puppy families, and we sometimes share them on our website or social media. If you send us a photo, video, or testimonial, you are giving us permission to use it that way, with credit to your first name unless you ask otherwise.
You keep ownership of anything you send. Tell us at any time that you would like something taken down and we will remove it.
Section 12
This website is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that every page is error-free, that availability is always current, or that the site will never go down.
Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Our care guides, training articles, and product recommendations come from our own experience raising dogs, and they are not a substitute for your veterinarian. Please talk to a professional about your own puppy's health.
Section 13
To the fullest extent the law allows, Doll Face Pups LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Our responsibility in connection with a puppy is set out in the Purchase Agreement and its health guarantee, and it is limited to what that agreement provides. Nothing here is intended to limit any right you have that cannot be limited under Utah law.
Section 14
If your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights causes a claim to be brought against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
Section 15
We may update these terms as our website and program change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Changes here never alter an agreement you have already signed. That document stands as signed.
Section 16
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to that venue.
Before anything formal, please just contact us. Nearly everything is solved by a phone call, and we would much rather talk to you.
Section 17
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it later.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any agreement you have signed with us, are the entire agreement between you and Doll Face Pups LLC regarding this website.
If any part of these terms raises a question, ask before you apply or place a deposit. We would rather explain it now than have anyone surprised later.
